Si lo que quieres es tener una experiencia religiosa, lo tuyo es Peace. Este cuarteto de Birbingham pasó el pasado 2 de Mayo por Barcelona. Su sonido nos encanta y punto.

If you want to have a religious experience, your band is Peace. This Birmingham's four-piece was in Barcelona last 2nd of May. We love their sound


La banda está formada por Harry a las voces y guitarra, Sam al bajo, Douglas a la guitarra y Dominic a la batería. Su precoz formación (el octubre del año pasado) no ha impedido que ya hayan teloneado a The Vaccines o Magic Kids. Su sonido recuerda mucho a Wu Lyf por el Afro-pop o a Vampire Weekend,  pero con un encanto especial y mucha más contundencia en sus ritmos y reefs de guitarra.

The band is composed by Harry(vocals and guitars), Sam (bass), Douglas (guitar) and Dominic (drums). They play since October last year, but they supported bands like The Vaccines or Magic Kids. Their sound reminds me to bands as Wu Lyf (and his afro-pop) or Vampire Weekend but with an especial charm and more forceful in their rhythms and guitar reefs.


Están en plena expansión por el Reino Unido y serán grupo de festival en nada, ya lo veréis. En cuanto a sus tarjetas de presentación os dejo con sus dos videoclips hasta el momento para que disfrutéis y os hagáis una idea. El primero es su último hit "Follow baby":

Que vamos a decir del videoclip. Nos encanta el bizarrismo de los saltos y corredizas por bosque, el desierto al más puro estilo "Enjoy The Silence", el "filetazo" que se pegan los chicos, los coros y las guitarras brutas.

We only can say pretty things about the video. We love their bizarrism of the jumps and their slides through the forest, Desert like the videoclip of "Enjoy The Silence"  and the explosion of love between the boys, the backing vocals and their raw guitars.
